No hidden pictures will be placed in the coupon portion of the ads!

1. 1. To enter, fill in the entry form with your name, email address, phone number, and birth date. Then find all the hidden pictures and put correct page number next to the corresponding picture on the entry form. Drop your completed entry form in an official entry box at one of our participating sponsor locations. All sponsors are listed on the official entry form inside Real Deals Magazine Summer 2023 Issue. Entries will not be accepted by mail, email or personal delivery.

2. 2. Contest entries can be dropped in our official entry boxes between June 1, 2023 and July 23, 2023. Entries MUST be received no later than 5pm on July 23, 2023. One winner will be drawn from all CORRECT entries received. Drawing to held on July 28, 2023. Winners will be notified by phone and email. Odds of winning determined by number of CORRECT entries received. 

3. 3. Winners MUST be available for check presentation and picture on August 4, 2023, time to be determined. Winner must agree to allow picture to be taken along with a press release of said presentation. All photos and press releases are the property of Real Deals Magazine LLC. Winners will be presented with a Cashier’s Check in the amount of One Thousand US Dollars.

4. 4. You must be at least 18 years of age or older to enter. One entry per household. No purchase is necessary. Participation is required. Void where prohibited. 

5. 5. The contest is open to everyone who meets the above criteria except employees, family, agencies or representatives of Real Deals Magazine LLC. 

6. 6. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitutions, assignments or transfers. If winner is not present for presentation and picture, prize will be forfeited. 

7. 7. By participating all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them in writing and therefore understand and agree that Real Deals Magazine LLC or their sponsors have no liability with regard to the acceptance of the prize. By entering participants agree to be bound by the rules as listed above.
